CONSULTATION

This service offers up to two hours of design recommendations and benefits customers who seek some guidance but want to implement projects at their own pace as their budgets allow. Dena helps you develop your own ideas or inspire you to get your project started whether it’s one room or an entire home.

Dena focuses on assisting you in defining your style, helping you select wall color, providing you with ideas on where to hang art or what art to buy, and suggesting window treatments or lighting options.

REDESIGN PLAN

Dena makes the most of your existing furnishings and accessories and incorporates new pieces to create a new look. After a visit to your home, she will create a custom design plan that details new items, cost, and placement. It will illustrate how your furniture and accessories might better be placed, allowing you to make new purchases at your own pace.

A redesign plan can also target buyers if you are selling your home, Dena can depersonalize a home thereby enabling potential buyers to picture the home as their own. This reduces a home’s time on the market and maximizes sellers’ financial return. Dena includes design tips from curbside to back door.

DAY REDESIGN

Dena brings a fresh trained eye to a room that just doesn’t feel right. She will move existing home furnishings, perhaps from other areas of the home, and rearrange them to create stylish, livable spaces. This service happens on a scheduled day after we discuss your needs for your home and family.
